This presentation will look at the progression of this bill, limitations of the budget reconciliation process, policy challenges of cutbacks to the original proposal, problems stemming from greater focus on numbers than policy, key places where select provisions meet and do not meet principles of good tax policy, and tax and budget issues unaddressed. Finally, a look at wealth proposals in BBB and California will be covered.\nThis program offers 1 hour of CE for accounting, legal and CFP (pending approval).
